Leadership Retreat - Casting for Change

Conflict Resolution, Leadership, Change Management and Personal Growth Seminar

A Fly-Fishing retreat

Have you ever wondered why it is so hard to resolve a conflict with your boss, spouse, client, or friend? Ever wondered about the best techniques to get yourself in position for a win-win resolution? We have the answer for all your problems. FLY-FISHING! The strategy is simple: For all the challenges you face in life, there are metaphors in the processes and techniques used by the experts in fly-fishing that can help you see through the issue, find the root cause, and work toward a positive resolution to conflicts, leadership, and change management issues, just like catching a fish.

Tim Berry and Tom Scambilis of the Center for Positive Change are hosting a 3-day workshop on a variety of conflict resolution, leadership, and change management topics that will help positively impact your performance. This experience can help you be better prepared to overcome the challenges you face today in resolving your most complex interpersonal and professional situations. Tom and Tim have a proven methodology and process to help make you a better communicator/negotiator, and improve your overall assertiveness without the stress. We do this in three ways to help you learn – Training, Team Activities, and Fly-fishing.
